Welcome to the Clayton High Class Of 1980 web site. This site has also been set up so you can share with us what you have been doing since graduation. We look forward to "catching up" with you on the site and hope to see you at the 30 year reunion! We also would like your help in finding any missing classmates.

30 YEAR REUNION
Reunion Weekend will be held October 1-2, 2010, There will be class events planned for both Friday and Saturday evenings. On Friday, October 1, There will be a casual get-together at Paul Schultz' house at 7:30 PM. On Saturday, October 2, there will be party at Mark Katzman's studio at 7:00 PM. An E-vite will be sent to everyone in the near future. On Saturday, there will be an all-class Alumni BBQ at 11:00 AM before the Homecoming game at Gay field.

We are looking for memorabilia and images from our days at Clayton. If you have an item of interest that you would like to share with our class, you can upload it to your profile, or if you prefer, we can add it to a memorabilia/images page (currently under construction) on this site. EXCITING TIMES FOR CLAYTON SCHOOL DISTRICT
New Superintendent
The Clayton School District recently announced the hiring of a new Superintendent, Dr. Mary Herrmann. Dr. Herrmann is currently Superintendent in Winnetka, Illinois, an area just north of Chicago. Dr. Hermann will replace Dr. Don Senti, who previously announced his intention to retire at the end of the 2009-2010 school year after 15 years as Superintendent of Clayton.
New Construction
Changes are in store for the Clayton School District. With the passage of the Proposition S bond issue in April, 2009, construction is underway for captial improvements at Clayton High School, each of the three elementary schools, and the Family Center. Contruction at the elementary schools is expected to be completed prior to the start of the 2010-2011 school year.
In January 2010, the Clayton Board of Education voted to Place Proposition W on the ballot on April 6, 2010, which seeks voter approval to build a new Wydown Middle School at its current location.
New Inductees to Clayton Hall of Fame
Did you know that the the graduating class of 2010 will be the 100th graduating class at CHS? The district is planning a wide range of activities in recognition of the centennial, and the Alumni Association also created a Clayton Hall of Fame!
The Alumni Association recently announced its 11 inaugural inductees into the Alumni Hall of Fame, who were honored at a gala on May 22, 2010:
